How does the membership work?

Anyone can join the Monocle Order by signing up - there is no fee and its lifetime membership.  By signing up you get access to regular discounts and sales.

Do you guarantee that you will always have every style and brand in stock?

Unfortunately we cant guarantee this as many of the brands we work with do limited runs of each style.  If you place an order and we don’t have it we will contact you and suggest alternatives or you are entitled to a full refund

How often do you bring on new brands?

We are constantly searching for new brands to add to our collection and we will let you know via our newsletter when they arrive

Are my glasses under warranty?

The companies we work with do not offer warranties.  What we do offer is a repair service where we will help you send them directly to the manufacturer to get them fixed or get a new pair.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we have a showroom in 5 Devoe Street. Basement, Brooklyn, NY 11211   We are open 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 12pm to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays

Do you sell prescription sunglasses?

Yes we do!

How does your shipping work?

Domestic (within the US) 

  • Shipping within the US is free on your first order sent by USPS (3-5 business days)
  • Returns are free - email us at returns@monocleorder.com and we will generate a return slip which you can use for free shipping

 

International

  • We offer different options through UPS and USPS with different delivery speeds.  We dont offer free returns for international shipping but you can email us at returns@monocleorder.com with help to send to us.
