How does the membership work?
We split our glasses into Members Collection and Limited Edition Collection
For the Members Collection you get lifetime membership when you buy your first pair and then every other pair is at 50% discount for life - maximum of 12 per year

Are all of the glasses included in your membership discount programme?
The majority of our collection (members collection) is but some brands and styles are not. The premium collection is not included in the membership discount programme. The brands that are currently not included are Karen Walker, Thierry Lasry and Retro Super Future and RVS by V
Do you guarantee that you will always have every style and brand in stock?
Unfortunately we cant guarantee this as many of the brands we work with do limited runs of each style. If you place an order and we don’t have it we will contact you and suggest alternatives or you are entitled to a full refund
How often do you bring on new brands?
We are constantly searching for new brands to add to our collection and we will let you know via our newsletter when they arrive
Are my glasses under warranty?
The companies we work with do not offer warranties. What we do offer is a repair service where we will help you send them directly to the manufacturer to get them fixed or get a new pair.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes we have a showroom in New York at 221 west 17th Street (betw 7th and 8th avenues) , 4th Floor, New York, NY 10011. You need to make an appointment with alex@monocleorder.com
Do you sell prescription sunglasses?
Unfortunately we don’t at the moment but we will be able to very very soon (May is what we are expecting)
How does your shipping work?
Domestic (within the US)
- Shipping within the US is free on your first order sent by USPS (3-5 business days)
- Returns are free - email us at returns@monocleorder.com and we will generate a return slip which you can use for free shipping
- For reorders members are charged $5.00-$7.50 for shipping. When you order you will see an option for "Free Shipping" (even on reorders). You can use this option as the shipping cost has been factored into the discount (the discount code gives you 45% off to take the shipping cost into consideration).
- On reorders - if you are buying more than one pair we will issue you a refund minus the shipping cost to make sure you get the full 50% member benefit
International
- We offer different options through UPS and USPS with different delivery speeds. We dont offer free returns for international shipping but you can email us at returns@monocleorder.com with help to send to us.
